About
I first qualified in holistic massage and holistic therapies in 2005, and spent over a decade working in spas, osteo clinics and salons before taking the leap and going self-employed in 2016.
Today I bring all of that hands-on experience to every appointment — beauty therapy, massage, holistic treatments and IV nutrient work. Whether you’re carrying tension, recovering, or simply need space to switch off, the treatment is built around you.
Training Academy
Abbi also teaches professional complementary therapy courses through the Buddha Therapies Academy — qualifications in massage, reflexology, facials and more, taught in small groups at Arden Therapy, Anglesey.
